Today’s songwriting session was good! Streamed it live on Facebook. Thanks Michelle and Juson for the support. Looks currently I’m able to write two stanzas in 90 minutes, at least for this song! Memucan advices the Persian King what to do with Queen Vashti. Let me know if you have any suggestions with the lyrics!
If my king pleases, then let’s proceed
Writing a new law to be decreed
An ultimatum
To warn all madams
Vashti to no longer be our queen
Banished for life from the royal scene
She shall not enter
Left, right or center!
Although these 2 stanzas follow the same melody, still structuring the song and thinking of putting prose in between this melody repeat to break it up a little. Going to get all the 7 wise men including Memucan to sing one of the stanzas.
