In today’s live songwriting we made some progress on the eunuch’s 2nd update for Mordecai. This time there are 3 of them, so I’ll have to arrange a 3-part vocal score later! Anyway… here it is.

Well, Esther, she has gotten the best, sir,
a chamber of her very own
and yesterday, Hegai blessed her days
with seven servants fitting for the throne
MORDECAI
Are you certain of this thing you say?
3 EUNUCHS
Yes I’m sure of that, Mordecai
MORDECAI
So she’s treated well and she’s okay?
3 EUNUCHS
I would think so yes, Mordecai
MORDECAI
How long shall we wait?
3 EUNUCHS
We guess that’s up to fate!
There is a also a new draft melody for the House of Women, again credits to my oudist friend Michael. This melody is for Hegai and the women to sing after the 12 months of treatments so some women are going to start to have a night with the king.
From now on I will need to name the live songwriting videos I do so I can easily find them again in the future.
Now I’ll have to clean that up by downloading all the live videos and renaming them accordingly.
